Phantom Threat
Description
Research paper focused on occurrences of anxiety, stress, and insomnia on Pakistani young adults. Aimed to find the prevalent causes of stress and anxiety as well as coping mechanisms. Found that occurrences are deeply personal, with each person having anxiety tailored to their own specific fears.
